It is important that you inform Our Care Navigators if you are unable to attend your appointment, this will allow for the appointment to be offered to another patient.

To help you to remember your appointment we send sms text reminders, please make sure we have your up to date mobile number on our system.

You can also cancel appointments online if registered with SystmOne Online.

Our new phone system also allows you to use Option 2 on the main switchboard number.  This is an automated system where you leave your Name, Date of Birth, time and date of appointment.  This option is ONLY for cancelling messages.

DNA appointments

Continued DNA appointments are a constant challenge to the Practice and waste valuable clinical time.

If you have more than 3 DNA appointments with in the last 12 months, we will contact you to see if there is a way we can work together to reduce this.
