Practice Manager - Helen Retallick is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Assistant Practice Manager - Stephen Robertson - provides direct support to the Practice Manager with all aspects of running the practice. including responsibility for managing and assisting in the areas of, finances, practice management, patients, and clinical information.

Practice Secretaries  - The secretaries liaise with hospitals on behalf of you and your doctor. They can help book your appointment at hospital through the Choose and Book Service.

Prescription Clerks -  If you have a query about your prescription which cannot be sorted out by the pharmacist, please speak to one of our Prescription Clerks.

HR & Marketing Support- Tracy Robertson-Glenn ensures that The Practice is compliant with all aspects of HR, carries out Marketing and General Administration for the Practice, as well as support to the Practice Manager.

Systems and Data Analyst - Supports the Practice Manager in managing the Practice’s IT systems, ensuring data is accurately entered and reported. 

Clinical Administration Support - Sarah is the safeguarding co-ordinator and deals with the maintenance of clinical admin and clinical database issues.


Our Care Navigators receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way. Provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone
